What is admin panel?

Admin panel is a control center of your hosting account. It allows you to manage all aspects of your server, including:

Setting up and managing mailboxes

Assigning different domains and subdomains to your server.

Password-protecting certain directories on the server.

Managing databases.

Importing your SSL certificates.

Managing many different properties of your hosting account.

Most popular admin panels are Plesk and cPanel. If your hosting company offers you one of them, this is a great advantage, as these panels offer many options and are easy to use.
